About Sylvia Karantani

My professional journey began within multinational matrix organizations, where I built over 20 years of experience across the Healthcare, Construction, and FMCG industries. Working in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics, I held leadership roles and contributed to delivering impactful business results within complex, international environments.

These experiences shaped my deep interest in the human factor in business. Collaborating with professionals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, I recognized early on that the way people think, communicate, and relate to one another is a key driver of both performance and personal development.

Having lived and worked in UAE, UK and Germany, alongside my experience in European markets, I have collaborated with teams across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, and the United States. This global exposure strengthened my commitment to supporting professionals and organizations in navigating complexity and unlocking their full potential in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Alongside my corporate career, I pursued extensive education and training in coaching, counseling, and human development. I am a certified Business Growth, Executive, and Life Coach, a Person-Centered Counselor with a focus on Focusing Therapy, and an NLP Master Practitioner and Master Coach, certified by the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I also hold academic degrees in Industrial Management & Technology, Logistics, and an International MBA in Finance, and I am currently completing my studies in Psychology.
